See all tye people who have come on here to complain about this app (in English). Here’s what Ive learned. This is the Spanish version of the app. You need to install the UK version. I’ve used it and it works well. If you’re not seeing the Santander Mobile Banking UK app here on Google Play Store, its probably because youre running an older version of android OS, and the UK Santander app isn’t available for your older phone so it won’t show in the Play Store. You’re using the wrong app mate
The worst app i have ever used. Extremely improfesional, most features doesn’t work, a part is translated, part not. But nothing is as bad as the authentication process. Impossible to proceed, everytime i have to open the app, i feel pain.
Like all Spanish Banks, and all Spanish Apps, this one is a slice of 💩💩💩💩💩. The funny thing is, aside from ING, Santander has the *best* customer service. Good luck getting anny help from these a$ bandits. I have been trying for an hour to see all of my movements from the beginning and the App doesn’t work. I Uninstalled/reinstalled it. I talked to two customer service agents. And I still haven’t seen my bank movements. Only bowel movements.
There’s a bit of confusion on logging in on the front screen not very well thought out. When you select your identification in the first box you then have to click on the text in that box to input the details.. as if you are writing over your ID not underneath in the empty box… Even the helpline couldn’t help me with this I found it totally by accident. Please make the sign in screen clearer. Once you figure it out you’re ok but lots of people have the same issue.

Very poor application, full of failures, it does not help to enable card wireless, the search is useless. Terrible user experience.
I click on open and get a red screen but nothing else happens
Unreliable… I’ve a very good phone and this app is completely unreliable… sometimes works but most of the times throws a connectivity problem when I’ve full speed 4G… I’ve been observing this app for months and the problem is the app..not the phone or connection or the version…im very disappointed that such a big bank has such poor app.. other banks apps work like a charm !!!
Over all the app does what I expect it to do. However, for some inexplicable reason I am unable to log into the app using my iPhone so I’ve had to resort to using my old android phone which doesn’t support the latest update. I generally use my laptop for payments, transfers etc so not a massive inconvenience but would be nice to have everything on one phone
Won’t let you enter in all numbers. I tried to enter in NIE, but you can’t. The app only allows numbers. I tried to enter passport number, it only let’s me enter a few numbers, not the whole numerical code. Locked out of my own bank account. Stupid. I’m screwed. And zero help for English speakers.
