This is a really neat app! I just played with it a little bit so I’m still learning. Im sooo so so bad with procrastination. I only wish I could save reoccurring tasks, and maybe have tasks set up with an alarm. IE- I need to do a few tasks weekly and if I dont even think about it, I might not get to it. (Not the app developers fault, I can set my own alarms, but it would be neat if I could have an alarm within the app, too.) But this is neat so far and I cant wait to use it more often!

Had this app for awhile and keep not uninstalling it because it charms me, but due to procrastination, which it attempts to resolve, it is hard to start. Once started, it helps. Give it a try. I really like using this app but most of the time when I click “let’s get started with these tasks” it goes back to the starting screen. It makes me go thru everything over and over where I’m just button mashing the fields to get to the timed portion. I would love it if this could be fixed.

Hi Marc, just wanted to give some feedback. I am a serial procrastinator and almost always have no motivation or energy to complete tasks. I have just used your app for the first time to clean out my car, which I’ve been putting off for months. With thanks to your app, I was able to clean out my car! I really liked the chance to reflect on why I didn’t want to do the task, and why I should just get it done now rather than later. I loved the timer feature because then it becomes almost a ‘game’ to finish before time runs out. May I suggest the following for optimum encouragement?: 1. A section to reflect on the task after completion. A place to record my thoughts on how I feel about having finished it, and whether it was as difficult as I anticipated. 2. A list that saves the completed tasks for each day so that I can go back and see what I have acheived. 3. The ability to tick off each sub-task as it is completed. I feel a lot more encouragement if I am able to mark off little tasks as completed to work towards finishing a big task. It would also be cool to have a counter eg. 4/ 7 sub-tasks completed. If these features were included, I would be happy to give a 5 star rating and pay for the app. Now Im going to use the app to tidy the spare room! Thank you for your work Marc 🙂

I want to love this app more, because it does use the behavior modification science, but it could be so much MORE (if it was updated more often then 4 years). A section to review completed tasks could be useful, both for extreme projects & insight into which projects are triggers.

Wicked app for getting tasks done efficiently. I think it’s a shame it doesn’t save what tasks you’ve done and when you’ve done them– if it did this, it could help users review when they’re most productive. Having everything logged might help users find a pattern for rates of focus etc. This would them target problemed times or days to be more productive overall. Thank you for this app though, it really helps me when I’m procrastinating (which is always!).

Great app to reflect on your task and why you don’t want to do them. The use of reframing and breathing are very powerful. The only thing to make it perfect would be to be able to save the progress done because as soon as you close the app you need to start again.

Amazing concept, but the app itself needs to be worked upon. Sometimes, it just pauses itself in the background, as well as deletes the subtasks. I even removed the battery saver restrictions but to no avail. Phone is redmi note 7s running Android 9

Tried this app. Good potential. But not working. I set it up until the subtasks and then it goes back to the first page where it asks what I want to tackle, I tried some more times but still the same. In the end I was not able to use it at all.

It’s a great app, but can you please change setting of only 60 minutes, there are lots of task which takes more than 60 minutes to complete. I always have to reset it after 60 min.
